Internal regulations

1.- Any person who registers and accesses the campsite is obliged to comply with these rules and other provisions of the legislation in force. All particular dispositions of the campsite that are publicly exposed are part of these regulations.

2.- The entrance will only be allowed to those people who are provided with the minimum necessary equipment and who have reserved a Tiny Home or Glamping Tent.

3.- The Camping will not accept reservations or stays of minors. All minors must always be accompanied by an adult who is their father, mother or legal guardian.

4.- The client will have to prove both his identity and that of his companions, with the documentation that, in the opinion of the Camping Management, is sufficient, and will sign the necessary documents for registration.

5.- The current rates are those that are exposed in our web (www.pladelatorrecamping.com). The prices will be applied per day according to the number of overnight stays.

6.- The time of arrival of stays will be established in the General Conditions of Reservation. It must comply, at the end of the stay, with the departure time.

7.- For billing purposes, any change in the number of people or days of stay must be communicated before it occurs. Otherwise, the rate to be applied will be in accordance with the number of people and dates of stay registered at the Reception.

8.- The admission of domestic animals is optional of the Camping. The dogs declared of dangerous race or the encrements of these are not admitted. With regard to the other races, it will be necessary to follow all the particular dispositions established on this subject, to teach the required documentation, both governmental and sanitary, and to have them tied at all times. The owners of the animals will be responsible for any damage they may cause.

9 .- Any manipulation of the electrical installation by the customer or the fact of making inappropriate connections and that lead to an accident, the Camping declines any responsibility.

10.- Any service provided by the Camping without being required by the tourist regulations in force is of an absolute voluntary nature and, therefore, its provision may be suspended, totally or partially, at any time.

11.- The speed of vehicles is limited to 10km/h. It is recommended that vehicles be used as little as possible within the campsite. The violator of this rule will be civilly or criminally responsible for any accident that may occur. In no case will be allowed the circulation of those vehicles that exceed the levels of noise permitted in local ordinances.

12.- It is not allowed the entry of people who are not staying at the campsite in the accommodation area. In exceptional cases the client may obtain authorization to introduce, under his responsibility, relatives and/or friends, always for a limited period of time and previously indicated. The visitor will be obliged to comply with the rules of these Internal Regulations.

13.- The hours of silence will be from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During these hours, the client will try not to make any kind of noise or shouting and will adjust the volume of the sound and lighting sections in such a way that they do not cause disturbance to the neighbors. The circulation of vehicles is prohibited, except in case of previously authorized emergencies. Customers wishing to enter or leave during these hours must do so on foot.

14.- Obligations of campers:
– To respect the particular rules of the campsite for the good functioning and good coexistence.

– Respect the existing vegetation and avoid actions or the use of elements that could damage it.
– Respect the facilities in general, using them properly and leaving them in optimal conditions.
– Communicate to the campsite management the cases of contagious diseases.
– Collect all types of waste in locked containers, which will be placed in the recycling containers.
– To adopt adequate precautions for the safety of their belongings.
– To disturb the rest of other campers during the hours of silence.

15.- The camper who contravenes any aspect of this Regulation will be invited to leave the Camping and, in case of not doing it voluntarily, will be expelled by the Director, who is officially empowered to do so, for that reason he can request if it is the case, the assistance of the forces of public order.

16.- The client, for the only fact of registering in the Camping, accepts to know and to give the conformity to the prices, in the Internal Regulations, the Policy of Protection of Personal Data and to all the other particular norms to which it is referred in paragraph 1.
